Gail Gonya Willard is a founding partner of Willard & Willard real estate law firm based in Raleigh, N.C. Prior to moving to Raleigh in 1993 and establishing the firm, Gail completed a judicial clerkship in her hometown of Ellicott City, Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in both North Carolina and Maryland. Gail focuses on the practice of residential real estate and represents clients in purchase, sale and refinance transactions in Wake County and throughout the surrounding area. In addition, she handles contract disputes and serves as managing partner of the firm.
