Chris Willard Christopher L. Willard is a founding partner of the firm. Chris is a North Carolina native and practiced law in his hometown of Winston-Salem prior to moving to Raleigh in 1993. He is member of both the North Carolina and Maryland State Bars. His practice areas include commercial and residential real estate transactions and development. He also handles corporate and small business representation, as well as estate planning and administration matters.

Gail WillardGail Gonya Willard is a founding partner of the firm. Prior to moving to Raleigh in 1993 and forming Willard & Willard, L.L.P., Gail completed a judicial clerkship in her hometown of Ellicott City, Maryland. Gail is admitted to practice law in both North Carolina and Maryland. She focuses on the practice of residential real estate and represents clients in purchase, sale and refinance transactions in Wake County and throughout the surrounding area. In addition, she handles contract disputes, traffic matters and serves as managing partner of the firm.
